To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

We do not accept returns on final sale items or earrings for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
